Liked: The staff was INCREDIBLE! A big shout out to Christa & Mary who were cheerful, efficient, and made our stay with two small children and an adult with serious back issues seamless. They followed through with special requests that made our stay comfortable and joyous, and they did it with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much.
Disliked: The hot tub was not working during our entire stay; hence the 9 rather than 10.

A headache didn't overshadow the...

Liked: The property was really nice and clean and for the price it was extremely great.
Disliked: We wanted to pay with cash when we checked out. After paying with cash the credit cards that held the rooms were still charged. It was fairly inconvenient that nobody knew how to do a cash transaction. After a week things were able to get fixed.

Disliked: The timer on a fridge. How to keep items cold when it shuts off after 2 hours?

Liked: Staff were great, location is nice and quiet but near enough to Longmont to make it easy travel. Parking was easy, check in & out very efficient.
Disliked: Food onsite is average, I preferred to go elsewhere - plenty nearby. Room was a strange mix of old and new. Old door to the room with a large gap underneath, old switches & electrics, but nice new bathroom sink & tap.

Liked: Front desk evening person and morning person were both helpful and kind.
Disliked: Decor is good but building itself is dated.

Good and got the job...

Liked: Close to hiking spots and restaurants
Disliked: The bathrooms were gross. Faucets were old and shower curtains didn’t event protect the water from running out. It’s just cheap magnets, but looks like an old bathroom set up
