Expect excellence, receive excellence.

Liked: Our daughter lives in Louisville so when we travel there frequently to see grandchildren's activities. We always stay at this hotel because it's convenient to the location of our daughter's home. We KNOW what to expect. We can bring the grandkids back to swim or stay with us for a grandparent 'sleep over'. It's the greatest place........except when Colo U has it's Parent's Weekend and Graduation. Rooms are impossible to get, even if we plan early. But, we stay at a sister hotel of the Marriott when this happens.

Other than the poor quality...

Liked: Good Location , cleanliness , friendly staff ,bistro service.Reasonable price.Great house keeping services!
Disliked: The mattress was too old! too soft ! It needs replacement!Also the pillows could be better , more like the quality of pillows we are used to in other Marriott hotels.Also will be nice to have tea bags in the room in addition to the coffee.
