Disliked: Was charged twice because when my partner checked in, they couldn't find my booking.com reservation. Had to check with front desk every morning to check the status and see if my card was credited. It was very irritating because it took till the last day of my stay to get it corrected.

Horrible customer service following car...
Liked: Horrible customer service following car vandalism in hotel car park. No cctv. No insurance. No compensation and even charged us for the parking!

Disliked: It was dated. The carpet had stains not because the cleaning people didn’t clean, but because it’s aged. The sleep sofa was not comfortable, it was actually leaning
