Great pick!

Liked: We stayed here after a concert at Gillette for a reasonably priced option not far from the venue and it was absolutely the right choice. The staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, complimentary water bottles provided and vouchers for complimentary breakfast provided. The pillows were great, lots of “down feathers” or something similar - full and not hard/firm.
Disliked: Some of the room walls, flooring, and fixtures need to be replaced and updated.

Disliked: Property is near the train, and it was loud. Not as loud as the people having sex in the room next door. They went for hours. Sounded like they were filming a porno.

Nice hotel, nothing wrong with...

Liked: Room, staff, all were great.
Disliked: When I booked the room the website indicated that a swimming pool was available. When we get to the hotel it was not available. The desk clerk said it was closed permanently. Sign on the door made it seem like the pool was closed for maintenance. Either way pool was not available for use. The pool was one main reason we picked your hotel.

Disliked: We asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. Did not receive a change of towels. The bed sheets came off while sleeping, were probably too big for the bed.
