Liked: Very nice hotel; the man that checked us in was fantastic!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Easy to navigate to anywhere in Boston from here. The only negative was that it cost $32 a night to park there - very unreasonable as we were already paying good money to stay there - parking should be free.

Disliked: There was a long wait time for the elevator in the morning. It seemed like there is only 1 working elevator then. There weren't many food choices.

Liked: Restaurant was terrible. Too noisy. Food was poor.
Disliked: In ADA room, no comfort-height toilet in bathroom. Room looked old, tired, depressing.

Booking.com please fix the room...
Liked: Great location. Staff from manager to front desk to service to cleaning to breakfast were ALL amazing! They all deserve to be recognized - building a team this outstanding is an achievement. Once the 2nd bed and AC was turned on, the room was lovely. It's a good thing that the hotel is near MIT because it will take a degree from there to figure out how to use the shower without getting burned or frozen. All jokes aside, why is the shower so complicated?
Disliked: Booking.com description for this room (deluxe king) promised a 2nd bed. I purposely picked this hotel for the 2nd bed and paid extra for deluxe. But when I got to the room, no 2nd bed and the room was a sauna. Manager explained that the room description on the booking.com site was wrong & booking.com refuses to fix the description. The manager came through with a rollaway bed - which was perfect. Staff reset the AC and room cooled off in minutes.
