They have won me back!...

Liked: I write a review from my previous stay back in August 2024. Even though I said I wouldn’t return, and I did, I stand by what I wrote about the hotel for that stay.Now, this time our stay was completely different. Feels like a totally different hotel. Feels like each and every one of my comments was heard and tended to (i don't believe it was exactly like that, but it does feel that way, and I appreciate it).The room we were given on the 5th floor was completely redone, and while we were there they were doing the whole bottom floor. Great update! Personnel at the lobby were great; maintenance people were professional and in correct uniform, and their work was great. You know when a place is well run when everything is okay and the work behind the scenes happens without you noticing; now, let me tell you: it did not go unnoticed by us!Again, I am revising my review from 1 year ago, and I need to say that my stay was back again at the expected Courtyard Marriott level. Thank you for everything!!
Disliked: All was good... but the gym still is sub-par. Hopefully they'll update with the rest of the hotel

The rooms were very clean...

Liked: The young lady who checked me in was amazing! I wish I could remember her name! She was very friendly and attentive.

Expensive and not convenient location....

Convenient spot for campus visit

Liked: Rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a nicely updated bathroom. Walking distance to campus.
Disliked: Breakfast service was slow so be mindful if you are in a hurry. Should not have to pay for parking - they don’t validate it. But at least parking was conveniently next to hotel.
