Pleasant

Liked: Convenient location close to the airport. Airport shuttle included.
Disliked: Not as clean as I would’ve hoped. Once in the room (at nearly four o’clock), housekeeping just walked in without knocking. They apologized but half an hour to an hour later, someone tried walking in again without knocking. (This time the door chain was on and they just left.) Pool doesn’t have adult-only hours. Tried going in the evening but it was full of rowdy children.

Exceptional

Liked: The amenities, the staff and it was beautiful
Disliked: The door handle on sliding glass door was broken and looked like they stuck it back on without fixing it

Liked: Shuttle service was amazing, loved the internet tv function having restaurant in the hotel was good too as there’s not many restaurants near by unless you go to mall
Disliked: The shower sprayed water outside the curtain which was annoying and the drain was not cleaned properly as there was hair build up. The staff at the front desk weren’t always super helpful

Disliked: You had to pay for parking, the restaurant was expensive, no one cleaned our room. We had to go get our own towels

We were stuck there due...

Liked: It was available at the last minute and had a shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: Sofa bed was horrible--mattress was too thin, felt the metal bar/springs all night! The towels were very rough & scratchy--use fabric softener! Only one mirror over sink--difficult to use for make-up & hairstyling. The room felt very humid!!
