Liked: The handicap room due to me having a walker and a cane
Disliked: No continental breakfast in the morning my husband is a diebetic so if his blood sugar drops I will be very angry

Liked: The location was great. Facilities great. The rate for the room was decent. Great parking.
Disliked: This property is listed as pet friendly. It is not. It is pet discriminatory. They have a $125 pet fee (nonrefundable, it is not a deposit or incidental fee). This is the highest rate I have ever paid in my life. Also they make you hang a pet sign on your door. Which felt like a target on our room. Also our carpet was so filthy my toddlers white socks went black in the soles. Which makes me question what this pet cleaning fee is even for.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and looks very nice. We liked they had an area for pleasure and business. They always had cold or hot beverages available when guested walked in or out of the entrance door. We liked that they had shuttle service from and to the airport as well as to & from the Mall of America. This is a great hotel to stay . My friend only had one issue with her bed sinking to deep in the middle, but the staff fixed us right up with another room the same day. You will not regret staying here.
