Disliked: difficult to get in the door to hotel with key card if you have anyrthing in your hands. There is a wide space between card pad and door handle and you have to use two hands because you have to open door at the same time you touch key pad. It is a big stretch if you are a small person and annoying. Also the shower design sucks as you have to get hit with cold water when you turn on the shower. You can't turn on water from the side and then get in after the water warms up. The refrigerator is too small and a microwave would be good. Will never stay there again.

Disliked: pool was closed so my 10 yr olds didn't have access to it. front desk operator was very rude. the "balcony" rooms we paid for opened up to a huge holley bush about 2 foot from it that scratched us every time we went outside

Liked: Facilities were very modern and clean, even while renovating other parts of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to get early check-in and a slightly later check-out since we were there to take an exam at the building next door. Also, when we were studying in the lobby and it got loud from the construction, the staff offered to move us to a meeting room and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us.

Disliked: Elevator didn’t work, door key stop working. My family and I was locked outside our room door unable to access to enter for a period of time.
