Really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the Work Play Theater. Very good stay.

Liked: Even though it was by the hospital, it wasn't noisy. The room was clean.
Disliked: There was a strange "new" smell to the room, but you got used to it.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. The location downtown was ideal for us and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable for the room. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Liked: The convenience to UAB hospital was great. Room was good and staff at the front desk were great. Very observant to our needs. Parking was great since the hotel and UAB used the same parking deck. Price for parking was not bad either.
Disliked: Need new beds and not so close to the floor. Mattress was one of the poorest I have ever tried to sleep on.

Liked: It was close to UAB hospital the reason I was there.
Disliked: The key pads to the rooms were all not working it was such an inconvenience to get someone to escort me to my room every time I wanted to come in. The rooms were so outdated I was not impressed at all. The couch looked like one my grandmother use to have.just a dull room overall and bathroom. No hair dryer like other hotels no lotions mouthwash or makeup removers. Will not stay there again.
