Really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the Work Play Theater. Very good stay.
Liked: Even though it was by the hospital, it wasn't noisy. The room was clean.
Disliked: There was a strange "new" smell to the room, but you got used to it.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. The location downtown was ideal for us and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable for the room. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Liked: The staff was very professional and polite
Disliked: The room I had reserved waa not available so I had to settle for a King and a rollaway bed

Liked: . Convenient to UAB. It was great for us, being able., to get to our appointments on time.. It was walking distance

Disliked: Upon leaving, a worker was asleep (or on something) while positioned on a trash can waiting for an elevator.Homeless were outside begging for money on the way to and from the parking garage.Bathrooms were nasty- needed some major work done. Lights in room were not easy to figure out.This hotel has gone down hill since our last visit in 2017.

Disliked: No microwave in room. Was supposed to be. Reservation had issues, no literature describing hotel in the room.
