Disliked: The room was not worth the $160 I paid for one night. My tv is broken, would not turn on. There was a bug on the wall of my room as soon as I walked in. There were children running up and down the halls screaming until 10:30. The molding on my shower in the bathroom was dirty. The pillows had stains on them. My mini fridge door is broken so none of my cold items stayed cold all night. When I first arrived, I walk into the lobby and the front desk person, I believe his name was Samad, was literally sitting on top of the counter talking to the people sitting down. He hopped off and asked if I was checking in. After a few moments he asked for my debit card and I put it on the counter thinking he just needed to verify it because I had already paid on the booking app. Then he tells me the room charge and tried to get me to pay again. I told him I already paid and he said it didn’t say I did. And it didn’t say I even used a 3rd party app. I showed him the transaction on my banking app to show I didn’t even have the money in my account anymore. Then he went silent for a few more moments. Never apologized or anything and just put my key on the counter. Told me which room number. And nothing else… I had to ask where to go because it’s not like the elevators are in plain sight. This night was a Mother’s Day gifts to me from my family… a night alone to sleep and relax. And this place was absolutely horrible. I’m never coming back and will never be recommending this place to anyone. Please do better, especially if I’m paying $160 for ONE night.
