Liked: Fast check in; friendly staff; clean rooms. Great place to stay!

Disliked: Everything else -Handicap room - shower didn't work, door draft coming in , door look was half working, bathroom was dirty, bed was too high for someone who sits in a wheelchair. There is not enough room for someone to move around in a wheelchair. The item to help move air around in the room didn't work. The valve online for the room was wrong. The valve we paid was way too high for all these issues, and this was only one of the rooms we had.But don't worry, we will never ever stay here again. And we are in Beaumont often. It was just a horrible experience.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice set up.
Disliked: The shower water was super cold and didn't get hot at all. None of the trash cans had trash bags in it. The pool was not working, so I was really upset because my kids looked forward to that. The TV kept loading all the time

Liked: The front desk staff member was so sweet and kind.
Disliked: The condition of the builiding was bad, it smelled of mildew, there were cockroaches in the stairwell, the balcony I had was hard to get onto and the condition of it looked unsafe. Some of the lights in my room didn't work and the bathroom light was jacked up. There wasn't any breakfast around 6:30 when I left unfortunately.

Disliked: Our room did not have any water coming from the faucet or shower. We also did not have enough towels to accommodate a two queen bed room. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work or lock. The rooms and hotel itself is very old and smells like old water.

Disliked: When I arrived,at 2am, the loddy entrance doors were locked and no one at reception desk to let me in...waited 1 hrs and I left. I had reservations....
