Liked: I liked that you could walk to a lot of the near by places. The morning valet gentleman was the best and very friendly ( why he got a tip ).
Disliked: The surrounding location was not the greatest. No free parking for hotel guest so that was an added charge. Nothing close for the kids to do and couldn’t go out at night due to the homeless people harassing you.

Liked: The staff was outstanding! Melvin at registration and Sia in the bistro were very helpful, and you felt like you were talking with people you've known forever. Alex in valet was a total riot and matched my husband's sense of humor.
Disliked: The small parking valet got congested, not much room to pull in. The water pressure was bad. Laundry on 2nd floor didn't work. Quarters wouldn't feed into machine.

Disliked: The Bistro never seemed to have food, always seemed to be out of something.

Disliked: The fact that I paid $864 just to be told I had to pay for breakfast is insane! If I’m paying $864 then I should be able to receive a complimentary breakfast! And for that very reason I’m not staying here anymore! I paid for valet parking which my husband had to park our vehicle!
