Liked: The two guys that were at the front desk when I checked were very nice and professional.
Disliked: I accidentally clogged the toilet when I got in the room. I didn’t mean to , but things happen. The person that came up to the room to fix the toilet was rude and was on the phone talking to someone about what was happening. I could hear her the whole time. I was already embarrassed about the situation and she made to so much worse.And there was a crack in the counter by the sink, but instead of fixing it, they put something over it.

Liked: This is one of the friendliest, customer-focused hotels for this price range. The staff make it clear that they are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean, the lobby/lounge inviting, and the pool area is great. I like the location being right off I-10. The rooms are quiet, especially considering the noise from I-10. This was my second stay, and I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Baton Rouge.

Liked: The staff was nice, the beds were comfortable and the room sizes were nice.
Disliked: The hotel was okay. We were out into a room then the fridge was broken. We needed up. Hanging rooms at 9:30 because no one was supposed to be in that room. In our new room the door handle to the sliding door was broken. The fridge worked however! The bathtubs looked like they had been patched up and not what I would’ve expected from a Marriott.
