I was disappointed with my...

Liked: My bed was quite uncomfortable, resulting in poor sleep during my stay. I felt that the hotel lacked many amenities, including concierge services and other essentials.

Nice hotel that needs upgrades...

Liked: I liked the property. I liked that we had a suite. It was spacious for a family of 4.
Disliked: The beds were awful. The 2 double beds were too soft. Mattresses need replacing now. Also the pullout bed is too hard. Needs some type of mattress.
