Rethink the policy

Liked: Close to food gas other needs.
Disliked: That they/you wouldnt just check me in as a walk in at the desk. I was made to go online as I'm standing right there and book a room. Somehow because i was going to multiple booking 3rd parties I even double booked and had to pay twice. Yet they never informed me it looks like you have 2 bookings here sir. Nor never reached out later so I'm stuck with buying room twice. Why can't you just check me in as a walk in? And I'm a marriot member, and told them that. Doubling booking was on me. But there has to be a way to see my name twice pop up. If not immediately at some point and inform me. Now after the fact I don't have receipts and booking emails to prove my case. If they see a name and know they didn't assign a room, look into it.

It was overall pleasant but...

Liked: The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing and helpful!
Disliked: The pool was not in service, the bathroom shower had mold in it and the gym was small.
