cheap room, clean enough, not...

Liked: good price and overall clean and comfortable enough.
Disliked: location is terrible, not near anything good, somewhat of a shady area in general.

Decent hotel- confused management.

Liked: Property was great
Disliked: They double charged me and it took one month of follow ups and promises to credit my account. A manager finally did after the 6th call.

Fantastic short stop stay with...

Liked: Excellent staff and great little bistro/bar much appreciated after a long flight.
Disliked: Bed a bit soft.

Will not stay there again.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. That unfortunately is the only good thing I can say about the hotel.
Disliked: SO GROSS! There were visible roof leaks, stained ceiling tiles, old furniture, scary elevators, stained and ripped carpet, hair in the shower (before we used it), stained bedsheets, paint needed every corner you look at.

Will not be staying there...

Liked: The location was good and the building didn’t seems bad.
Disliked: They servers went down and were able to check us in correctly and took a good 20 minutes just to find rooms for us to stay in. They also didn’t inform us that they didn’t have hot water. Unfortunately the staff as well as the manager were very unprepared and unable to help in anyway. It’s been three days and I’ve had no contact from the manager about our stay.

Liked: Bed (king) was excellent. comfy.
Disliked: nothing Courtyard could have done but it was along the HWY so not possible to walk places.
