We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The front desk African American female attendant named Ebony, was exceptional and very engaging. She made our stay very pleasant. The other staff were very professional and the cleaniness of the hotel was impressive!
Disliked: We were disappointed that Booking.com advertised that the hotel breakfast was available. We assumed that meant free. We would have preferred if they would’ve stated that the breakfast was not free. We we’re very embarrassed when the “ wording “ of the contract was explained

Liked: The Bistro was excellent
Disliked: Fold out sofa had no bedding. Called front desk, they said we had to come to the front desk to get it. Had to come down and carry bedding back up by hand personally at 11 pm after an exhausting day of travel. Should have been provided by staff at room
