Will stay again!

Liked: Super nice hotel, had a Starbucks and restaurant on ground level. Bed was very comfy (firm beds). Locations was a walk away from the comedy club we were attending on 6th street.
Disliked: Water didn’t really get more than a like warm. Bathtub has a nasty spot that needs to be redone. Valet is pricy & the only option, we did overnight and walked where we need to go.

Disappointing

Liked: The inside restaurant was horrible. The waitress and manager were rude. They kept me and my 3 kids waiting for a long time. Passed our table multiple times and never acknowledged us. The waitress seemed high in something. Sje kept insisting there were 5 of us and there were only 4. We cane t happy hour and she never informed us it was happy hour. We showed up an hour before happy hour ended and bybthe time she took out order there was 10 minutes left on happy hour. We spoke to the manager but she acted as If it wasn't a big deal and she never returned to check on us.

Staff was great, but our...

Liked: When we got to the room it was a bad smell and we couldn’t tell where it was coming from until we took a shower and saw that the water was coming out the shower and onto the floor which was going under the floorboard and the blue insulation was coming up once it got wet, and then We knew it was mold we had been smelling the whole time, not to mention part of the floor was missing! For a room that was over $300 a night and over $70 to park I expected more!
