Didn't stay due to extra...

Disliked: I drove all the way in alert on flood day to Austin as the reservation was not refundable, they asked for 70 bucks more for the valet parking which was the only options but booking.com app shows a list of different options for parking.

Overall good experience, just wish...

Liked: The room was great, location was great, staff were friendly and super helpful.
Disliked: The room was too hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The phone didn’t work so we couldn’t get ahold of the front desk.

Disliked: Your valet parking is the worst setup I have ever seen in my life. I have seen people in jail work faster than the employees you have running that operation

Amazing staff

Liked: We did not have enough money to upgrade our room to sleep 4. We didn't even mention this to the staff. She saw our crew and the room size and gave us a room upgrade without us even asking. It made it our night so much more comfortable and we were all very thankful!
