Courtyard by Marriott Austin Airport

Booked last minute; staff was courteous and friendly; the room was great; A/C was cold.

Liked: Comfy bed, even the sofa bed was comfortable!

Liked: Hotel very nice; staff polite and helpful.
Disliked: Very hot in the elevator.

Just one comment, bathtub floor did not have non slip strips, it was too slippery.

Disliked: A/C turned off if you didn't move every 5 minutes, in Austin.

Liked: Clean, great staff, restaurant and bar both served up a good variety of items, room was as expected in a Marriott Courtyard - very good.

Liked: Convenient to conference I wa attending across the street which made it easy to go back and forth if needed. And I stayed there so I could eat on site for breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: Would be nice if lunch were offered as well.

Pleasant

Liked: Location, shuttle and check in were great.
Disliked: We could hear a party in one of the rooms which did not let us sleep. We also saw very intoxicated people in the elevator and lobby clearly from hard drug use.

Liked: In over 50 years of traveling, this ranks in the top 5 hotels for cleanliness and accessibility. Front desk was attentive and the amenities were very good. Everything worked and exceeded expectations.
