Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: Booking.com charged me for my stay and said it was "paid," but then Marriott said it was not paid and charged me again! So, I will never use Booking.com again.

Disappointed with room cleanliness.

Liked: Convenient to event attending.
Disliked: Our room was cleaned inadequately. Mirrors were smeared and dirty. Bathroom floor was sticky and dirty in spots. Shower pan looked dirty. Room preparation was not complete, as staff had to get pillow cases for pillows. Cases were dingy and didn't look clean. Probably won't choose this chain again. Paid a premium for this graduation weekend, but feel that we did not get our money's worth. Very disappointed!!!

Liked: Pristine faciiities staff and cleanliness

Even after all of that...

Liked: Building was nice once we got into a cleaned room it was ok
Disliked: The room we were assigned to at first wasn’t clean beds weren’t changed and made dirty towels in the bathroom etc trash needed taking out also I booked my room through booking.com and was told the price for my room was a certain amount only to be charged more than what my booked reservation said
