Liked: Very inviting atmosphere! Bistro area very convenient to grab a late dinner! I loved the coziness of the room, how it was set up with the little couch. The decor was warm, and inviting. All in all, very lovely stay
Disliked: We were missing a few things in our room! Iron, not enough coffee, nor any creamer. But all in all! I would highly recommend this hotel

Disliked: They charged a $40 deposit on my card that they said would hold for 7 days after I checked out. Never seen that before, unacceptable.

Disliked: I pre-paid but the front desk said that the virtual card was declined. I showed her on my phone where the payment went through to which she replied that I had to take it up with the manager. The next morning a new front desk person was able to fix the problem and reverse the new charge.
