Disliked: This is a long read but it needs to be read. I read reviews before booking and they were mixed. The first room we stayed in there was pink mildew/mold in the shower and on the shower head. Had to clean that. When we entered our room it was 75*. Turned thermostat down to 65* and the room didn’t cool. Had to call about A/C. Maintenance reset unit and it cooled until about 2 am. After breakfast head maintenance engineer came and according to him fixed A/C. After we returned that afternoon the room had reached 78*. Called again and A/C was reset again. Didn’t cool at all temp reached 78* again. Finally at 10pm front desk said they had another room for us. We were not offered any points or discounts for being uncomfortable during the A/C crisis. Meals in the restaurant were subpar. First night they didn’t have all of the ingredients for any of the dishes. We had to get our meals leaving some ingredients out and paying for at full price. Breakfast they still didn’t have all of the ingredients needed to fix meals. Makes a person wonder why they didn’t have all ingredients needed knowing they will have people wanting to eat the restaurant.

Disappointing

Disliked: It was really terrible, the room wasn't fit for 4 people, the beds were very small, yet after talking to the receptionist, we only learned, that we can pay for another room, that all rooms are the same size and the lady at the reception was quite rude. Also, there was a water dripping from the ceiling (there must have been a bigger problem in the past, because the corner looked flooded before) and nobody did anything, it was very disappointing. And the parking was extremely expensive and the staff again was rather rude about discussing other options. Would not even let us park for a 10 minutes outside the entrance to unload the car.
