Disappointing

Liked: The room was mostly clean and quiet. Decent location but very sketchy at night
Disliked: The whole outside smelled like weed. It was very unbecoming. The room was mostly clean however, the shower had dirty spots on the floors and walls and unfinished construction and paint peeling from the ceiling. The floor in the bathroom seemed to be un mopped and there was dirt and grime on the floors.

So-So experience

Liked: The location is a good location, near restaurants, malls, etc.
Disliked: The staff was horrible. They weren't welcoming at all. I called the front desk to get help with the remote, and all i was told was that the technicians were gone for the day, and at that time, it was between 3-4pm. So, to expect me to just sit in a room is diabolical. I was told i would get a call back. The lady never called back. I bad to figure it out on my own. The only best encounter i had was checking out, and that was a different person working. Oh, and not to mention my surprise guest... a dead bug on the table, and half the lamps in the room didn't work. Only the bedside lights worked.

Liked: Courtyard/pool area view. Nice to have a relaxed atmosphere.
Disliked: No elevator to access the 2nd floor. I stayed there before my hospital stay. It's not good for handicaps. Also, it may not be safe to go outside late at night.
