Marriott is always my choice of stay. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and willing to please, no matter which state I'm in.

Liked: Room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Liked: The woman at the desk when i arrived fixed everything while checking in and was able to reassure me that the charges charged to my credit card before i arrived were fixed and reversed.She was excellent. Her name was Melitza or Maritza, i hope thats the right name. Latin woman with black hair and extreme patience and politeness.
Disliked: The gentleman that i spoke with before i arrived on site charged all three rooms to my card,despite my selection to pay when i arrive. I knew he charged it because he told me that he did when i called. Then he said he will reverse it. I said “wait would this ruin my reservation “ he didnt answer he just reversed it. This caused too many transactions on my card before i got there(3 charges and 3refunds). When i arrived, to swipe for my individual room(where the nice lady assisted us all), it declined due to possible suspicious activity. My partner paid, then the other two rooms reserved for my dad and sister they paid separately.He was very short/rude and pushy on the phone. I never got his name but he had an accent. Also if the booking says pay when you arrive, the site shouldn’t charge you before you arrive. The nice lady onsite told me that he shouldn’t have charged me before i arrived as well and proceeded to check us in and reassured us all.
