Liked: Check me out my room without my permission befor+14044646553e check out time at 11am,and moved my property out ,took them almost an hour to return my property, front deck clerk said it was his fault, that's not enough not satisfied with him taking blame. Need to speak to property manager.... It was inconvenient for me and my wife....

I’d come back

Liked: beautiful and clean
Disliked: due to unforeseen circumstances with the key maker. it made our stay more complex when trying to get to our rooms after the concert. However customer service was great . Workers didn’t not seem aggravated with customer in this situation still had great attitude and conversation.

The mattress felt more like...

Liked: Very close to the Fox Theatre. Parking on site. Across the street from a restaurant.
Disliked: The door looked like someone had broken in at one point. The room was humid. Couch was stained. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing either of us had ever slept on. It felt like laying on a board with a sheet. I got hardly any sleep due to waking up with back pain. Didn’t want to sleep on the couch because it looked nasty. If we had been there more than one night I would have checked out and gone somewhere else.
