Disliked: These people at the front desk did not use the figure you gave me. Today they are charging all kinds of $50, $100, $400, $400_, $250, I don't even know what these charges are gor.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, clean, and what we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and always had someone available to help if needed. The parking garage was incredibly helpful since it's connected to the hotel and the elevator takes you straight to the lobby.
Disliked: The elevators in the garage aren't connected to the rooms floors. You have to go to the lobby and take a separate elevator. It's not bad just slightly annoying since the elevators to the rooms have buttons to the garage that do nothing.

Liked: The front desk manager, Lamont was friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal if you're visiting the Fox Theater.
Disliked: Upon our arrival, we were informed that the water pipes had burst. Although the hotel notified us promptly, they did not offer an adequate solution, providing only two small bottles of water. Once the water was restored, multiple employees knocked on our door to inform us. On one occasion, two employees knocked and then immediately entered our room without allowing sufficient time for us to respond. Fortunately, I had engaged the metal door stopper. When I questioned them, they were unable to communicate in English. While I understand that the water issue was beyond the hotel's control, the situation could have been managed better with more thoughtful accommodations for guests.
