Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly.

Liked: Everyone was super friendly at check in and any other time I saw them.
Disliked: Only negative was that the continental breakfast was $8.95 and buffet was $10.95, so we ate elsewhere.

I would difintley stay in...

Liked: Breakfast is not included, in which while booking did say they did. It’s pricey for a cup of coffee and breakfast but the food it’s good. Love that they have a pool and a gym for family entertainment and how there is always a cleaning staff that available if needed. Very polite and attentive.
Disliked: I really don’t have anything to say about not liking the place it’s pricey for sure but it’s worth it.

Great Hotel and location

Liked: I can’t say enough about this location. The hotel is immaculately clean and in a great location. The staff goes above and beyond from the moment you enter the building to the time you depart.Robert checked me in. I had an unusual circumstance and arrived very early. He went above what any employee should be expected to get me in my room early and make sure I was comfortable. This, in addition to managing what appeared to be some very stressful hiccups with the fire suppression system. He wore many hats that morning and he did it all without breaking a sweat. Incredibly professional.Ms. Magda was also up front. She was helping other guests. Greeting them and wishing those checking out safe travels. The thing that stuck out for both of these individuals is they were great under pressure and still managed to thank every guest for staying and inviting them back.I travel quite a bit and have seen just about everything you can see. I was highly impressed with both of them.Additionally, there was Ms. Olivia doing her thing and also acting very cool in what appeared to a very high stress situation. Denisha and Ms. Cindy also spoke to me and every other guest they were in the room with. Even if they were not directly helping that person.Upon check out I decided to extend my stay for one additional day under a new reservation. As I walked to the front desk, Ms. Janath of the housekeeping department saw me and insisted that she be allowed to touch up the room even though I absolutely did not expect her to. Again, this staff is a step above a lot of other hotels in its class. In fact, I think this location is way under rated. A+++ to everyone here and kudos to whomever is handling staff training.It’s important to note that this hotel did not have hallways full of guest trash and did not expect guests to go to the front desk to get their own towels. It seems they have set a precedent for other hotels and know we are back to a fully functioning post-covid world.
Disliked: I cannot say a single bad thing about this location. My stay was above and beyond from start to finish.
