Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport West

I've stayed in a number of Courtyard by Marriott hotels and was quite disappointed in this one. Our room wasn't ready and the individual at the front desk didn't appear to be too concerned. I will not be visiting this location again, but will continue staying at Marriott properties.

Liked: Rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Our room was not ready when promised; front desk attendant wasn't very friendly or helpful.

Superb

Liked: Convincent location and the shuttle ride.
Disliked: Ice machine was broken on 1st and 2nd floor. My room didn't not have a refrigerator to keep my drinks cold.

Disliked: Mold smell and mold on the ceiling, which was a health hazard. Had my Two small Grandkids in the room that has asthma
