Disappointing
Disliked: There was a party going on in front of the room so it was very noisy.

Exceptional
Liked: I love the service I received when my granddaughter left her gymnastics leo for competition, I called, and I received a quick response from the front desk. Thank you, because it is very expensive, Leo. So, thank you for the fast response.
Disliked: There wasn't any breakfast, and I thought we would receive.

Very good
Liked: It was a standard airport hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free airport shuttle. Since there was no restaurant in the hotel (as stated in the description), they called a shuttle to take us to the only nearby restaurant free of charge.
Disliked: The one problem is that in the description on B.com it states a “Restaurant” … there is no restaurant!

Liked: The location was close to the airport and east to find shuttle at airport.Room was clean
Disliked: We booked our room including breakfast. when we came down in the morning the breakfast person looked up our room and said we didn’t have breakfast.I pulled up our booking which clearly stated breakfast included and she had us go to front desk and speak with Michelle.Michelle said our booking didn’t include breakfast based on code that was used with the reservation.She told me to call Priceline.I called then said it included breakfast and called her at the front desk.She informed them they would have to call another number to get it resolved and still refused to allow us to have breakfast.25 minutes later the agent from Priceline said the matter was resolved and we could eat breakfast. Michelle had been told according to her that we had breakfast in our rate and the hotel would allow us to eat.The front desk clerk never came over to us as we stood outside the glass doors of the hotel to let us know there was a mistake and it was resolved.We felt the whole situation was ridiculous for a simple muffin and a banana to go on our way to the airport.We showed our reservation that said breakfast. She spoke to agent at Priceline that told her our rate included breakfast and still held her ground, no breakfast….call another line. And then when Priceline confirmed with the other number she said they had to call that our rate did include breakfast,There was no I’m sorry for the confusion let’s get you something to take to the airport. Nothing simply nothing despite her standing at the front desk with no customers and able to clearly see us until the shuttle arrived. This is not customer service. The wait for the shuttle to the airport was 25 minutes. If you pay for breakfast good luck!

Liked: Really like the courtyard concept with the green area just outside the room. The lobbies are also always inviting with a lot of seating, a fireplace & a bistro. Staff were nice, allowed late checkout. Bed was comfortable & room was nice. Close to airport.
Disliked: Bathtub was not clean. Tried for over an hour to get an Uber from the airport. Finally got a Lyft. Though there is a free hotel shuttle at P4, was unable to manage the walk or use monorail due to my circumstances. Frustrating and tiring.

Pleasant hotel close to the...
Liked: Courtyard concept is nice. Very pleasant lobby and courtyard area. Also having the bistro. The updated bathroom was nice. Parking was easy to use. Front desk was very pleasant room was quiet. Location good, minutes from airport.
Disliked: Sofa mattress extremely uncomfortable. Surely there must be better. Signage to find the hotel is needed. At the Riverdale exit off 285W, you can turn left or right on Riverdale and there needs to be hotel signs. Same at the Sullivan Rd turn. At night it's very hard to find one's way unless you are familiar with the area. Not all if us use or have navigation aids in our cars. The bistro needs longer hours overall. We missed breakfast due to the 9:30 am bistro closing time. It took a long time to get the hotel by phone and I couldn't find a way online to say I would arrive late.

Adequate but not great. Too...
Liked: Room was spacious. Calm and quiet surroundings, good for getting some rest on a layover.
Disliked: Shuttle took long to the airport. Location therefore not ideal. Price high for the facilities and services rendered.
