Liked: Beautiful and clean.
Disliked: I was kept on hold by the front desk for quite a while, which was frustrating. However, I'm grateful for the kindness of a lady crew member who helped me get assistance with a clogged shower drain. She went above and beyond, even though she was about to end her shift.

Liked: Check in was easy and the breakfast even though portions were tiny it was subpar. Those were the highlights.
Disliked: We had 4 ppl, and they only gave 3 towels. Went to the front desk before going to knotts berry farm for the day to tell em we needed new towels and 4 of them since we went to the water park that first day n didn't want to reuse the same towels especially since we only had 3 to begin with. We wanted the trashes dumped, beds flipped and new sheets cuz again, chlorine. And needed new toilet paper. Our only roll was out. No backup was even provided.Upon our return to the room at midnight, trashes were done, and they dropped off towels, but again, only 3 of them. Bedding wasn't done, and we had no toilet paper.... at all.I complained to the front desk and they told me the assistant manager would contact me the next day after 10am when she got in. Cuz I was pissed with my stay. With the amount of money I spent, this experience was trash. That call never happened either. Guess I'm gonna have to do that myself as well.
