Poor

Liked: Location and room was nice.
Disliked: They charged me for the whole night plus a deposit when I had already paid online through booking.com and confirmed it with an agent on the phone.

Disliked: Screaming outside the room at 1am. No electricity for 8hrs. No complimentary breakfast. It was additional charge. But on the website it states that breakfast is included.
