Very good

Liked: Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable quiet room.
Disliked: The bathroom had dirty water stains on the floor at the door entry point. The TV remote seemed to have a delayed reaction time when searching for channels.

Liked: Location was perfect to attend a concert. Train station nearby. Clean and good facilities.
Disliked: At check-in, I was given the wrong information about the breakfast start time. However, the next morning the restaurant staff kindly packed us some croissants and provided takeaway coffee, which was much appreciated.

Lovely property with great staff

Liked: Super clean room, American style beds with luxury bedding. Staff is awesome and helpful. Ernesto (i think) check us. In efficiently and without issue. Wish I could remember who checked us out but the two ladies at the destination were wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great

Good accomodation for a fair...

Liked: Very close to the train / metro stations, with lots of good connections.

Liked: There is nothing to really complain on at the hotel except the wi-fi but I can not say if it was just for me or a bigger general problem. But nothing really stands out either. The best part I think is the breakfast which, although hard to measure, I estimate it to be a little above the rest of the standard for the hotel as a whole. Much to choose from and the taste and experience was good.
Disliked: Wi-fi / Internet was really bad and I could not get it to work without asking the staff at the reception. Then they managed to fix it but I still only had it on my phone. For my laptop I simply did not have the energy to try. They have a password system that is assigned to the name for the room and it was something that did not work properly at least for me.Personally I do not like the location a lot..it is in an area that currently has many construction works and it takes 15-20 minutes to the center. But for the price it is ok.

The hotel is ideally located...

Liked: Room was very clean, with tea and coffee provisions.
Disliked: The bar closed too early and there is no room service. I arrived quite late so would have liked to have got something hot to eat, there is a small shop where you can buy a sandwich and other bits, so I did get a small bite in the end.
