Very good

Liked: Location (easy to get to bus and metro stations, supermarket close for anything you may need, quiet and nice area)Clean rooms, sun blocking curtains, good food, quiet area, nice hotel overall, will definitely book this one again for our trips to Amsterdam.
Disliked: Personnel of the restaurant ( slow, forgot meals we ordered), found some unclean glasses at breakfast and for me not a great variety for vegetables at breakfast, but not worth choosing another hotel for this reason.

Liked: Upgrade premium room with a big bed and a clean bathroom. Coffee and tea available in the room, unfortunately with less sugar, cream and sticks. Great location near metro/trainstation, pathe cinema, Arena and the Ziggo dome.
Disliked: Unfortunately we payed a high price for what we got. The floor had a lot of spots on the carpet and we had (only) a handshower in the bathroom and a showercurtain (do they still excist?).The pasta carbonara I ordered in the (Italian) restaurant downstairs was very very salt and I complained about it and I ordered the bolognese pasta....it was ok, but not tastefull - only pasta in tomatosauce and served without cheese???

Amazing for a short stay

Liked: The reception staff were wonderful. We arrived very early and was tired after our flight, so they let us check in early and upgraded us for free. They were very helpful whenever we had questions as it was our first time in amsterdam and let us borrow a plug. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and local to everything. We were there for a concert at afas live and would stay here again.
Disliked: New york pizza takeaway! Do not eat there
