Very good

Liked: Location was central to everything and everyone we were visiting in Ames.
Disliked: They charged for a cup of coffee.The king bed was too close to the wall. Made it hard to get around it and both getting into out of bed difficult.

Pleasant

Liked: I didn’t think I booked a handicapped room (don’t need one) and I have to say everything was more inconvenient and harder to operate! Did not like the handicap features at all
Disliked: No free coffee or breakfast included. The price was higher than I normally spend and the benefits were fewer

Liked: the rooms are huge. comfy beds clean.
Disliked: the location isn't great. nothing really near it.

It was a pleasant stay but wish they had a breakfast included for they cost.

Liked: The location was convenient to get around, lots of restaurants near-by, the staff was courteous, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel was updated.
Disliked: No breakfast included.

Disliked: The bathroom fan did not work. The hotel must of had sewer issues because the bathroom smelled so bad like methane/sewer we had to plug the drains and close the bathroom door to sleep. It was bad. And no windows opened. The pool/workout rm were bad.
