All round terrible experience at...

Liked: The property was generally ok
Disliked: We did not get room service offered, if we wanted replacement beverages we had to ask …worst of all nobody advised us that every Weekend a RAVE would take place until 2am in the bars in the street outside the hotel and we would not get any sleep as the speakers were outside in the street.By the time it stopped at 2am we had a headache and couldn’t sleep before having to leave the hotel early in the morning for our onward journey ..be under no illusion the overnight reception staff told me this happens every Friday evening/morning. Luckily we left on Saturday morning so have no idea what the rest of the weekend..there is no downtown in Amarillo most of it is closed down.

Disliked: They only had one person checking people in at 4:00pm. So the wait was a little long.

Disliked: The last few times we have stayed there the internet has not worked so we couldn't use the streaming services like, Netflix, YouTube, etc not a deal breaker but we enjoy those type of services and it happens alot at this hotel with the internet not working
