Was OK but expected a...

Liked: Location was good for our event
Disliked: There was only one elevator ended up, having to wait a good bit to use it. Air conditioning in the lobby was having issues, not working properly and leaking through the ceiling

Amazing service with ice cold...

Liked: The entire staff is amazing!! So polite and helpful with an amazing attitude!! The air conditioning is ice cold as well which is a huge plus.. I have stayed at all surrounding hotels and this one is exceptional!! I wont lodge anywhere else when Im visiting Alexandria
Disliked: No complaints at all!
