Liked: I loved the free shuttle service from the airport and all of the staff that I engaged with were amazing. The bed was comfortable and view from the 10th floor was pretty cool. For me and the purposes of my trip, the location is great.
Disliked: After a long plane ride from the west coast, I was really looking forward to a shower. Unfortunately the water was cold and never warmed up. The air conditioner was also so loud that even people I was talking to on the phone could hear it. Thankfully I packed ear plugs :) And I logged into my Netflix account on the room’s TV during my stay and forgot to log out. No one’s fault but mine but now I’m worried that I will always be logged in there. Maybe splurging for streaming services could be something the hotel could budget?
