Okay, but not what's expected...

Liked: Staff was really nice and polite and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: They were out of everything for breakfast. They only sell coffee, no complimentary. The bed wasn't great. No microwave in the room. Room was extremely expensive for the lack of services available. Room wasn't super clean and floor was sticky. Also no carpet it's all fake wood floors in the room.

Liked: House keeping was walking down the hall knocking on every door at 830am on a Sunday yelling house keeping this was totally unacceptable we were trying to sleep in.

Liked: Everything was great except the bathroom. It was a little dirty, and needed some repair of the bathroom facility in the room.

Disliked: Pool public bath rooms door hinge was broken but still locked I think .

Liked: The beds we’re comfortable the property was clean and the staff was friendly
Disliked: My room didn’t have a microwave to heat food up for the kids, no hot tub.

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast because lines were too long
Disliked: I was hoping to have a room with a tub. The toilet paper holders were loose
