Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque Airport

TV was not working well - called up but it wasn't fixed; no free breakfast; no water pressure; no bags in trash; only one coffee for two people and no microwave, yet it was advertised.

Liked: Not really.
Disliked: I was not great.

Overpriced, dirty, and nothing like...

Liked: This was by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed at under the Marriott brand. There was nothing positive about the experience. The bathroom had no soap for a shower, the floor was dirty, and I was placed in a handicap-accessible room without being asked or informed beforehand. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the clock buzzed all night like a ticking bomb—I couldn’t sleep at all before a 12-hour drive the next day. Absolutely horrible stay.
Disliked: Dirty floor, no soap in the bathroom, wrong room type, broken fridge, loud buzzing clock, and even the sign was off the building—completely unappealing. For the price paid, I expected cleanliness and a property that looked like a Marriott, not a roadside motel.

Liked: I prefer to have breakfast provided as part of my fee. I thought your prices were high, and you offered no complementary coffee in the lobby.

Disliked: No USBs. When we went down for breakfast 4 employees were just sitting and talking - their surprised looks matched my kids when caught doing something wrong.
