Mary B, Las Cruces, visiting Isleta Amphitheater
TV was not working well - called up but it wasn't fixed; no free breakfast; no water pressure; no bags in trash; only one coffee for two people and no microwave, yet it was advertised.
Liked: Not really.
Disliked: I was not great.

In a word, "lumpy". Too...
Liked: The location was appealing as it was quite close to the airport and there was a free shuttle. The lobby, breakfast area and bar were nice, clean, comfortable and appealing.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a ridge down the middle, so it felt like you were sliding off the bed all night. The mattress was also lumpy. I woke up with a sore back. Wound not recommend this place nor will I return there.

I’d stay again!
Liked: Great location, friendly staff, good price for an airport location, easy check out, close parking to the room.
Disliked: There was no hot water due to construction. However to compensate they gave me additional Bonvoy points.
