Would not recommend due to...

Liked: Room was clean. Pool decent. Nice outdoor patio area. Local restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: No hot water for showers in any of the 4 rooms that I had reserved for myself and family. Also another family member had their own reservation and experienced the same thing - no hot water for showers. We were told by staff they couldn't compensate for the lack of hot water since we booked through a third party. Basically, no customer service available due to the third-party booking. That is a definite deterrent to using third parties such as yours- Booking.com.

Disliked: Ran out of towels Friday pm(received some Saturday morning).No linens for pull out bed.

Disappointing that the property is...

Liked: First room problems: phone did not work; thermostat control didn't work.Second room problem: Shower and sink drains clogged.... wouldn't drain.Third room problem: Toilet wouldn't flush.Since this property was built, we have stayed exclusively here when visiting my mother in Albion every year. Previous visits were fine but after this one we will really be looking at other properties for our lodging. Very disappointed... if only someone paid attention to simple periodic maintenance.
Disliked: The staff was most helpful. Some of the most caring people we have ever encountered at a Marriott facility.
