quick stay , didnt really...

Liked: great location for college of saint rose

Liked: The worst place I have ever stayed at I am not happy
Disliked: The place was Under construction and I almost dropped a tree on my car and the staff did not even give a crap

Passable

Blah.

Liked: Comfortable bed with nice linens. That is all I can think of that I liked.
Disliked: I waited 10 minutes at the front desk before the clerk arrived. No apology and a real attitude. There were other staff (cafe and janitorial) but no front desk clerk. I didn't get the sense this was the cleanest place. Courtyard used to be my first choice. It is going to the bottom of the list. Also, no coffee in the lobby.

Never again!

Disliked: Hotel is run down and dirty. Elevator was never vacuumed. The bistro was useless. Construction was going on. Noisy and filthy. A huge disappointment for big bucks. The cover on the bed was stained and wallpaper was ripped throughout the building. I won?t stay there again.

Liked: It was very convenient to the thruway
Disliked: Not very many good options around hotel

Very good

Liked: Only powdered creamer in room so I didnt bother with the coffee. Pool was closed due to renovation - didn?t have time to use it but if I had been there earlier would have been disappointed .
Disliked: Sorry breakfast isn?t included for the price- not a very good deal.
