Terrible, appalling, don’t stay there

Liked: Terrible service! I arrived at midnight after a long day of travel and they did not have my booking Then they said that I stayedI contacted them and no one has come back to meI had to find another hotel in the middle of the night because of how they took care of me Don’t go there - even if you book, they might not have your booking - how can you trust a hotel like this

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: After my flight got delayed I needed a place close to airport to crash. Check in was easy. Went to restaurant and had a grilled cheese sandwich then crashed in a very comfortable bed. Hotel shuttle to airport the next morning was fast and easy.
