I would never stay at this hotel again. Only 1 elevator was working; you have to pay to park your vehicle; pay for breakfast and the people are not friendly. For $400 a night they could offer free Coffee!

Disliked: Pool was very small and no ventilation! People at the front counter were very unpleasant.

This property is conveniently located...

Liked: To my surprise, the location was exceptional. There were boutique, galleries and outdoor art that was worth visiting. Jelly’s music room is a few steps away and that was a cool feature. From my room I could see Cuyahoga Valley National Park and as a bonus, I saw the scenic railroad train.
Disliked: I always book hotels with a pool . However, on Sunday morning June 8th I went for a swim and There were no towel’s available in the pool area. I had to get the last 2 towels from the fitness center which was an inconvenience. .

Excellent location if going to...

Liked: the front desk personnel were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and mattress exceptionally comfortable! I have an excellent stay. Great hotel for the value.
Disliked: Shower and corners of room were dirty in the corners. Overall there is nothing to complain about. It was a truly great experience!
