Hotel was in the perfect location. Rooms extremely comfortable. Hotel within walking distance to everything happining at the Canalside. Beautiful location. The town of Buffalo should be very proud of how they have made the whole canalside so beautiful and family friendly.

Disliked: Wish they had a better breakfast menu. But if you like Starbucks you will be happy.

this hotel blew us away for the quality, given the price. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed comfortable. Great hotel at a great price. We have stayed at very high end hotels and were very, very impressed - would not hesitate to stay here again.

Liked: Very clean; great service; friendly; comfortable bed.

Liked: Nice new hotel with a decent pool and the rooms we're well designed.
Disliked: Staff is pretty much hit or miss. In fact, only 1 of the handful or so we interacted with actually seemed to be interested in working. The rest of staff had zero interest in serving a guest.

Tabitha Sun, 13 November 2016

Liked: The hotel is very pretty and stylish, overall I felt safe and it was fine.
Disliked: The sofa bed was extremly uncomfortable, and being charged 12 dollars for a madatory valet was upseting. The staff seemed preoccupied with each other and several times we had to had to be interupt personal conversations to ask for assistance. At 145 a young woman started screaming outside our room door. it was twenty minutes before she was asked to move on. Overall my daughter I and I decided we will not return. For the extra money I decided to spend to stay there definetly not worth it.
