Liked: The staff at this Marriott Courtyard was kind & sweet & helpful as Marriott staff always are, but the people behind the counter of this Marriott hotel at 88 Exeter St in Back Bay, Boston were exceptional. They gave me water & exactly the kind of room I asked for, made it easy for me to stay an additional day, went the extra mile to help me get taxis when I could not, made me feel like I mattered & what I needed was important, and always greeted me with a smile. I felt that men & women working in this hotel were putting themselves fully into their work, so marvelously that it has made a permanently positive impression on me. Thank You!

Friendly comfy central stay

Liked: This was a great hotel for our stay. Everyone of the staff were lovely, from the moment we arrived they were friendly and attentive. I couldn't fault any of them and all of our group of nine said the same thing. The place was also spotless, bed was very comfy and it was central and safe.
Disliked: Nothing, all good.
