Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport West

I've stayed in a number of Courtyard by Marriott hotels and was quite disappointed in this one. Our room wasn't ready and the individual at the front desk didn't appear to be too concerned. I will not be visiting this location again, but will continue staying at Marriott properties.

Liked: Rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Our room was not ready when promised; front desk attendant wasn't very friendly or helpful.

Liked: The cleaning staff members. I did forget the young lady named that was helpful that cleaned up my room 319 and the security officer was very polite as well helpful.
Disliked: Front desk staff members was very unprofessional and rude.
