Liked: Our room was well decorated and the hotel was centrally located.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, the sofa bed didn't have sheets, it had a weird 1/3 sheet... the pool was freezing cold. And when we checked in we were given our keys and room number. Went to the room, keys didn't work. Went back to the desk and were told we were given the wrong room number and that our room was on the other side of the hotel. Were not given a folio at check in. I was asked to insert my card for payment and hold for insedentals, fine. My card was run for $120 + $20... I even questioned that amount. I was told yes it was correct. Then in the middle of the night I received an email saying my total was $136 something. The entire stay was strange. The towels were literally thread bare.

Beautiful room but noisy hallway bathroom door!!!

Disliked: Ok I already filled this survey out but here I go again The room was terrific the only thing was we were next to the first floor bathroom. All night we kept in hearing slamming if the bathroom door ( was there a party in the common area??) The next morning I check the hall bathroom and YES U found out the door SLAMS each time yoy go in and out- YOY SHOUKD CHECK THIS IYR FIR FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!!!
