I love the location would...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Love the location.
Disliked: There was a constant sewage smell in the bathroom, didn?t have condiments for coffee and the room wasn?t clean.

Came for Iowa State grad...

Liked: Location was great. What breakfast? I wanted a cup of coffee, not some latte fufu drink. Drove to Caseys for coffee and donut. There was some problem at check-in. A large woman in pink said she could not find any reservation for me. A very pleasant lady in a gray sweatshirt, got involved and fixed it. Booking.com did something wrong.
Disliked: We are accustomed to Staybridge Suites, and you guys are not Staybridge Suites.
