Liked: when i went into the hotel, the girl at check in said they had no record of me booking a room! i showed her the confirmation email you sent. She had me stand and wait while she looked around. i told her i had driven for 4 hours and was very tired, i can't wait for your computer system to find my legit transaction with booking.com. she finally gave me a room. in the morning, an agent approached me as i checked out and said "we just need a credit card. we want to give you a refund." i asked "why would you give me a refund? when i said i wasnt giving her my card, she got annoyed and said "we have no record of you having stayed here, you can get your money back from booking.com." Dirty trick: under the guise of a credit to be given she asked for a credit card TO CHARGE ME again for the room. I told her booking.com is not going to give me a refund... you need to get my money from booking.com. Then i walked out. horrible experience and i intend to inform the Radisson of their agent trying to trick me into paying AGAIN.
Disliked: They should have had access to my legit payment to your company. I was told at check in that she felt it was a problem with their computer. in the a.m. they still had no record of my payment which is why i was hassled at check out.

Liked: Everything in the hotel was quite clean. And the maintenance man on duty was kind and tried to help.
Disliked: The front desk folks seriously need customer service training. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I waited in the lobby until the clerk arrived from somewhere else in the building. Both she and the morning clerk had half-eaten meals at their work station.The plumbing in the walls created a shuddering noise throughout the night at random times which made it hard to sleep.And I could not adjust the air conditioning using the control panel on the AC unit. I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man who explained that they had changed the system . The AC/heat could only be adjusted using the wall mounted controller. That unit was not very user friendly and I ended up with a room that was too warm for me.

Liked: Nice hotel beds very comfortable perfect shower bath temp also good breakfast loved the stay
Disliked: Found a hospital bandaid behind the toilet no biggie just left it there to hopefully get seen by a better clean up crew memeber
