Liked: Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Air conditioner rattled all night long, spit was difficult to sleep. They need to upgrade them.

Looks are deceiving

Liked: Airport shuttle
Disliked: False advertisement, picture of indoor pool and NO pool, I would have stayed somewhere else. Walls in room seemed to have been worked on and just covered up damage. Pillows flat and mattress uncomfortable. AC was set to a certain degree so hot in room. We had to change rooms because sheets had old dried blood stains on them.

Liked: great room, excellent location. Staff friendly and responsive
Disliked: The food and drink place did not open until 5:00 pm. I had visitors at 4:00 pm and we could not get anything.
